Sumanth is a well-known Telugu actor and producer who was born on February 9, 1975, in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, under the name Sumanth Kumar. He is a member of the Akkineni family.
Sumanth teamed up with Chandra Siddarth to star in the romantic comedy Emo Gurram Egaravachu in 2013. In 2016, his remake film of Vicky Donor called Naruda Donoruda was released, and it did well at the box office. He has stated that playing a don in a negative role in upcoming films is a lifetime dream of his. In addition, he made a cameo appearance in the film Soggadu as himself. Golconda High School, Pourudu, Madhumasam, Godavari, Gowri, Satyam, and many others are among his other successful films. He was last seen in the early 2017 film Malli Raava.
Apart from his acting profession, he has got an immense interest in sports. He is been recently selected as the brand ambassador for the team Hyderabad Sky Kings. It is one of the top franchises of the American Football League of India.
